Background
Tralla.fi was created as part of the Yksityisyrittäjäin Säätiö foundation’s Yrittäjyyskasvatuksen polku (Path of entrepreneurship education) project (2017–2019), the aim of which was to support systematic and goal-oriented entrepreneurship education in educational institutions. The sources and reference materials taken into account in the development of the Tralla service include, for instance, the Entrepreneurship Education Guidelines 2017 of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the European Union’s Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp), national curricula and other strategies that guide education from the point of view of entrepreneurship. Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT participates in Tralla’s development as an expert organisation. The patron of the Yrittäjyyskasvatuksen polku project was President Sauli Niinistö.
